Mine would rise to ~40 psi and fall to about 10, then slowly 0. In order to test that it was the pump return, I put some vice-grips on the return line and primed the car. It went to 40psi and stayed. But for some reason, after I removed the vice-grips, I didnt have the issue any more. Im assuming it broke something free and it started working again
